Abstract
The lecturers and students attending to the postgraduate programme in the Deperment of Painting Education at Cumhuriyet University in Sivas are examined in this study. The Courses in the mentioned deportment are also examined in the study.
The sample of the study consists of the lecturers from different universities but teaching at Social Sciences Institute Cumhuriyet University in Sivas and also the students of the same institute.
Data about these academic staff their demographic features,their artistic and scientific activities are gained throngh a questionnaire prepared by the researcher and it haitems foacedemic staff. Data about the students are also gained through a questionnaire having seven
