Bireyin kendini gerçekleştirmesinde ve toplum içinde nerede varolduğunu seçebilmesinde eğitimden beklenen birtakım nitelikler vardır. Bu anlamda bireyin nerede durduğunun görülebilmesi için lisansüstü araştırma programlarına öğrenci alımındaki önemin vurgulanması gerekmektedir. Yaratıcı birey özellikle¬ri üzerine yapılan araştırmalar ışığında ayırt edilebilecek tavra sahip olanların gerçekleştireceği araştırmalar üniver¬sitelerin yapısını zenginleştirmenin yanı sıra kalitesi yüksek birikimi de sağlayacaktır.
