Abstract
During the person have been trued individuallity and to be chosen where have been existend which some gualities have been waited from education. The creative personal identity which have been freedom and originality will be brought that some differentliness have been appropriated by community has so importand role. T o be found information, to be come different, and accepted all these have been connected with expectation. Something has been giyen for support that is a system which has been existened creative time. in that point, also personallity futures have been come to this time. Because, the person who hasn't been advanced their creative personallity won't be used that. Researches which have been made on capability creativness shows that direction, the creative time hasn't been defıned as not only one, but also sensory and intelligence has been too. in this meaning, to be seen where the person has been stopped for it is necessary that to be stressed is so importand which students have been taked to the postgraduated proggrammes. The light of the researces which have been made on futures of the creative person of them, have been chosen of some different behaviours will be made that to be riched on structure of the universities besides will be supported at accumulation which has been high guatity.
