Abstract
In this study it is aimed to compare the studies in preschool educational institutions applied in Turkey and Hungary in terms of education and training. The distribution of preschool children in Turkey and Hungary according to their age, the characteristics of preschool institutions, the number of students, the period of education, the percentage of the increase in the numbers of schools, the fact that whether the education is free or not, the number of teachers and educational institutions, the numbers of students in educational groups, the prevailing preschool education and teacher training models are focused. The laws that both countries ministries apply in preschool education are dealt with and suggestions are giyen considering the evaluations in application in this subject. This study is important in terms of putting forward the preschool educational studies and comparisons of the applications in different countries and finding out the suggestions more clearly.
