Çocuklar İçin Zorlu İntravenöz Girişim Skorunun Türkçe Versiyonunun Psikometrik Özellikleri

Öz

Giriş: Periferal İntravenöz Kateterizasyon (PİK), intravenöz kateterin periferal ven lümeni içine yerleştirilmesidir. PİK sağlık profesyonelleri açısından kazanılması zor bir beceri olup, uygun şekilde yapılmadığında komplikasyonlara neden olabilmektedir. Zorlu İntravenöz Girişim (ZİVG) Skoru damar yolunun bulunmasını zor ve kolay olarak değerlendirilmesini sağlamaktadır. Amaç: Metodolojik olarak planlanan çalışmada "Zorlu İntravenöz Girişim Skoru"nun Türkçe geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışması yapılmıştır. Örneklem 0-18 yaş arası 90 çocuğu içermiştir. Yöntem: Veriler, Mart-Temmuz 2016 tarihleri arasında, demografik veri toplama formu ve "Zorlu İntravenöz Girişim Skoru" kullanılarak toplanılmıştır. ZİVG skoru, araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden, İngilizce ve Türkçeyi akıcı bir şekilde konuşabilen beş kişi tarafından Türkçe'ye çevrilmiştir. Ortak bir metin oluşturulduktan sonra, geri çeviri yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Kapsam geçerliliği için uzman görüşü alınarak, kapsam geçerlik indeksi hesaplanmıştır. ZİVG skorunun güvenirliğini test edebilmek için Cronbach alfa değeri, madde toplam korelasyonu, test- tekrar test güvenirliği kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Madde toplam korelasyonu 0.22 ile 0.78 arasında değişmektedir. Cronbach alfa değeri 0.75 bulunmuştur. Test- tekrar test güvenirliği katsayıları 0.85-1.00 arasında değişmiştir. Sonuç: Sonuçlarımıza göre, ZİVG skorunun Türkçe versiyonu Türk çocuklar için geçerli ve güvenilirdir. Basitçe uygulanabilen dört maddeli ZİVG skoru kullanılarak, PİK girişim başarısını arttırmak, ağrıyı azaltmak, PİK komplikasyonlarını önlemeye yönelik çalışmalar planlanabilir.

Psychometric Properties of The Turkish Version Of The Difficult Intravenous Access S core for Children

Background: Peripheral Intravenous Catheterization (PIC) is the placement of an intravenous catheter into a peripheral venous lumen. PIC is a difficult skill to acquire in terms of health professionals and can cause complications if not done properly. Difficult intravenous access (DIVA) score allows the assessment of the presence of the vein pathway difficult and easy. Objectives: This methodological study was performed to assess the Turkish validity and reliability of the "Difficult Intravenous Access Score" in children. Method: The sample group of the study was composed of 90 children aged 0-18 years. The data were obtained by using the demographic data collection form and "Difficult Intravenous Access Score" between M arch-July 2016. DIVA score was translated by five people who accepted to participate in research and speak fluently English and Turkish. Back translation method is used, after creating a joint text. Content validity index was calculated for content validity by taking the opinion of experts. Cronbach’s alpha value, total item correlation and test-retest reliability were used for testing the reliability of DIVA score. Results: Item-total correlations for the scale changed between 0.22 and 0.78. Cronbach's alpha value for the scale was 0.75. Test-retest reliability coefficients changed between 0.85 to 1.00. Conclusion: According to our results, it has been shown that the score is a valid/reliable for Turkish children. Using ZİVG score contains four parameters applicable simply, researches can be planned like increase PIC attempts success, reduce pain in PIC access, prevention of PIC complications
