Hemşirelikte Dört Bilme Yolunun Jinekolojik Muayenede Kullanımı

Öz

Bu makale, hemşirelikte dört bilme yolunun jinekolojik muayenede kullanımını örneklendirmek amacı ile hazırlanmıştır. Hemşirenin, kadınları jinekolojik muayeneye hazırlaması ve muayene sırasında dört bilme yolunu kullanması, kadınların jinekolojik muayenelerini düzenli olarak yaptırmalarına olanak sağlayacaktır. Ayrıca dört bilme yolu, hemşirelik bilgisinin gelişimine de katkı sağlayacaktır. Empirik bilme, hemşirenin bilimsel yeterliliğini, etik bilme ahlaki ve etik davranışlarını, kişisel bilme bilgi ve becerisini etkin kullanabilmesini ve estetik bilme her hastaya karşı değişebilen sanatsal davranışlarını tanımlamaktadır. Sonuç olarak, hemşirelik eğitim programlarında empirik, estetik, etik ve kişisel bilme yollarının kullanılması bilginin kalıcı olmasını sağlamanın yanında hasta haklarının korunmasını, hasta ve hemşirenin doyumlu bakım vermesine olanak tanıyacaktır.

The Use of The Way of Knowing Four in Gynaecological Examination in Nursing

Öz

Introduction: This article is prepared to exemplify the use of the way of knowing four in gynaecological examination. By getting women ready for the examination and using the way of knowing four during the gynaecological examination, the nurse will provide women to have their gynaecological examinations regularly. Additionally, the way of knowing four will contribute to the improvement of the knowledge of nursing. Knowing empirically defines the scientific competence of the nurse, the moral of knowing ethics and ethical manners, having knowledge of knowing personally and using the skills effectively and knowing aesthetics that could change from one patient to another. Consequently, nursing in educational curricula will open up an opportunity of making the knowledge of using the ways of empiric, aesthetics and personal knowing. Besides, it will enable to protect the rights of the patients so the patients will receive better treatment from the nurses.
