Falls are frequent patient safety problems that cause serious consequences occur at clinical settings. Therefore; fall prevention strategies and applicability assessment of the compliance of the patients and the use of evidence-based nursing guidelines on patient falls is important to improve the quality of patient care. Evidence-based practice can improve patient safety process in hospitals. Implement evidence to practice, there is better understanding of complex processes and requirements to use theories and models to assess interventions. To use this practice systematicly, evidence based nursing practice models should be appropriate to hospital process. Implemention of evidence to the practice, there is a better understanding of complex processes and requirements to use theories and models to assess utility of interventions. The purpose of article is to discuss evidence- based fall prevention strategies with The Advancing Research & Clinical Practice through Close Collaboration Model phases.Article will contribute nurses to provide quality and safe patient care
