ARTIFICAL INTELLIGENT TECHNIQUES, USAGE IN EARTHQUAKE AND OVER SET THEORIES
Öz
The most important point of the dense cells of the brain is knowledge center which has the most
important property of perceiving, learning, comparison in knowledge, adding up knowledge, making
decisions and practicing decisions. Scientists are making observations and researches about devices
and methods on artificial intelligence which is able to do or copy the complex functions of the brain.
The artificial intelligence methods are increasing every year in the literature where we can
investigate in 3 main working methods.
a) The artificial intelligence based on the principle of directly examining human brain model (The
artificial nerve grids)
b) The artificial intelligence based on the principle of thinking methods.of the experts (Expert
systems)
c) The artificial intelligence based on the principle of facts of the problems (Fact based explanation)
After giving short information about the methods a comparison will be made and failing points
will be given by the help of set theories.

Öz
Sinir sisteminin beyinde yoğunlaşan hücrelerinden oluşan bilgi işlem (düşünme) merkezinin en
önemli özelliği algılama, öğrenme, hatırlanan bilgiyle kıyaslama ve bilgi ekleme, bilgi işleme, karar
verme ve karar uygulama sistemine sahip olmasıdır. Bilim adamları, beynin bu karmaşık işlevini
yapabilecek veya taklit edebilecek aygıtlar ve yapay zekâ yöntemleri konusunda, devamlı araştırma ve
denemeler yapmaktadır.
Literatürde, her yıl artan sayıda yapay zekâ yöntemlerinin varlığı rapor edilmekle birlikte, bunların
çalışma prensiplerine göre, aşağıdaki üç ana grupta incelenebileceği anlaşılır.
a) Doğrudan insan beyninin çalışmasını modelleyen yapay zekâ yöntemleri (Yapay sinir ağları)
b) Uzmanların düşünce biçimini modelleyen yapay zekâ yöntemleri (Uzman sistemler)
c) İncelenen problemdeki olguları modelleyen yapay zekâ yöntemleri (Olguya dayalı açıklama)
Bu yöntemler hakkında kısa bilgiler verildikten sonra yöntemlerin karşılaştırılması, aksayan
noktaları ve bu yöntemlerin küme teorileri bazında irdelenmesi verilecektir.
