The purpose of this study is to analyze the correlation between digital leadership skills, innovative behavioral styles and emotional intelligence levels of bank managers within the framework of scientific methodology and to provide meaningful contributions to both academic literature and industry practice. The research was designed according to the relational survey model and was conducted on a research group of 205 people consisting of public and private bank managers in Istanbul. Digital Leadership Scale, Innovative Behavior Scale and Emotional Intelligence Scale were used as data collection tools. The data were analyzed using SPSS and Lisrel programs. Pearson correlation analysis was used to examine the relationships between variables. Regression analysis based on the bootstrap method was used to determine the mediating role of emotional intelligence in the effect of digital leadership on innovative behavior. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that the indirect effect of digital leadership on innovative behavior is significant and emotional intelligence mediates the relationship between digital leadership and innovative behavior. As a result of the findings, it is believed that in order to successfully implement digital transformation in the banking sector, managers' digital leadership and emotional intelligence skills should be treated together, and more effective results can be achieved in increasing innovative behavior.
