Kaposi Sarcoma is a slowly progressing rare malign lesion, commonly presenting with proliferation of vascular endothelium and connective tissues in immune-compromised patients. Although the most common presentation is lesions of the skin, Kaposi Sarcoma may occur in atypical locations. We present a case presenting with abundant bleeding in the oral cavity, and polypoid mass at the basis of tongue, which was finally diagnosed as Kaposi Sarcoma.
