Syntactic and Semantic Structure of Turkish Postposition in terms of Their Multifunction

Öz

In the study, the relation betwen syntactic and semantic structure of Turkish postpositiıon and their multifunction has been researched. The valency of postpositions constructs the syntactic and semantic structure of postpositional phrases. The postpositions are the governing items of postpositional phrases. They have to appear with specific formal and seamntic lexical items for their use and meaningfulness. It has been asserted that the valency potantial of postpositions can changes and the postpositions can construct different syntactic and semantic structures according to their function and meanings. The functions of postpositions can easily be determined considering syntactic and semantic structure that postpositions appear and they can be categorized according to their valency. To know the syntactic and semantic structures that the pospositions constructs according to their functions is also very important in the terms of lexicography as well as Turkish studies. This knowledges can be registered to dictionary according to function of postpositions

Çok İşlevlilik Açısından Türkçe Edatların Söz Dizimsel ve Anlam Bilimsel Yapısı

Öz

Bu çalışmada, Türkçe edatların söz dizimsel ve anlam bilimsel yapısıyla çok işlevliliği arasındaki ilişki betimlenecektir. Edat öbeklerinin söz dizimsel ve anlam bilimsel yapısını edatların istemi inşa eder. Son çekim edatları, edat grubunun yöneticisi konumundadır. Kullanıma çıkabilmeleri ve anlam kazanabilmeleri için söz diziminde belirli formal ve anlam bilimsel sözlük birimlerle görünmek zorundadırlar. Edatların işlevlerine ya da anlamlarına bağlı olarak istem potansiyelinin değiştiği ve farklı söz dizimsel ve anlam bilimsel yapıları kurduğu görülür. Edatların işlevleri göründükleri söz dizimsel ve anlam bilimsel yapıdan hareketle kolaylıkla belirlenebilir ve edatlar istemine göre sınıflandırılabilir. Edatların işlevlerine göre oluşturdukları söz dizimsel ve anlam bilimsel yapıların bilinmesi Türk dili araştırmaları yanı sıra sözlükçülük açısından da oldukça önemlidir. Bu bilgiler, sözlüğe edatların işlevlerine göre kaydedilebilir
