Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı Bloom 1956 doğrultusunda ikinci dil olarak Türkçenin öğretiminde okuma-anlama materyali geliştirmeye yönelik öneriler sunmaktır. Örnek okuma soruları, TÖMER tarafından hazırlanmış ders kitaplarındaki metinler kullanılarak geliştirilmiştir
