Öz

Oral lesions like ulceration, vesicle, bullae are seen as some of the autoimmune diseases that may be first found to guide the diagnosis when they occur at an early stage of the diseases. These lesions may appear with the skin lesions of the diseases that can be found anywhere in the body. Therefore, directing the patients with lesions in the mouth to the dermatologist for a skin examination and follow-up. This study is informed about etiology, clinical features, and treatment of autoimmune diseases such as lichen planus and pemphigus vulgaris which are caused symptoms in the oral mucosa.

ORAL BULGU VEREN OTOİMMÜN HASTALIKLAR

Öz

Otoimmun hastalıkların bazılarında ülserasyon, vezikül ve bül gibi ağız lezyonları, hastalığın erken döneminde ortaya çıktığında tanı koymada yol gösterici ilk bulgu olabilir. Bu lezyonlar vücudun herhangi bir yerinde bulunabilen deri lezyonlarıyla birlikte görülebilir. Bu nedenle ağzında lezyon olan hastada derinin tamamının muayenesi için hastanın dermatoloğa yönlendirilmesi ve takibi önemlidir. Bu derlemede oral mukozada bulgu veren liken planus, pemfigus vulgaris gibi otoimmun hastalıkların etiyolojisi, klinik özellikleri ve tedavisi hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.
