ISO 22361: 2022 GÜVENLİK ve DAYANIKLILIK- KRİZ YÖNETİMİ STANDARDI ve LİDERLİK GELİŞİMİ: KRİZ LİDERLİĞİNDE YENİ PERSPEKTİFLER

Öz

Kriz, günümüzde her alanda, farklı türlerde meydana gelen ve örgütleri savunmasız bırakan durumları tanımlar. Meydana gelen bu krizi etkili bir şekilde yönetebilme konusunda liderlerin özellikleri ve becerileri son derece önemlidir. TSE EN ISO 22361:2022 Güvenlik ve Dayanıklılık- Kriz Yönetimi genelgesinde yer alan kriz liderliği diyagramında kriz liderlerinin sahip olması gereken özellikler ve beceriler yer almaktadır. Bu çalışmada, ISO 22361:2022 genelgesinde yer alan kriz liderlerinin özellikleri ve becerileri açıklanmıştır. Literatürde yer alan kriz liderliği çalışmalarının yanı sıra, bu araştırmada kurumların ISO22361:2022 kriz liderliği diyagramını göz önüne alarak daha kapsamlı, kriz liderlerinin geliştirebileceği ve krize karşı dayanıklılığın artırabileceği düşünülmektedir.

Öz

Crisis refers to situations that occur across various domains and types, leaving organizations vulnerable. The characteristics and skills of leaders are crucial for effectively managing these crises. The Crisis Leadership Diagram in the ISO 22361:2022 Security and Resilience - Crisis Management guideline outlines the essential characteristics and skills that crisis leaders should possess. This study elaborates on the characteristics and skills of crisis leaders as specified in the ISO 22361:2022 guideline. In addition to existing literature on crisis leadership, it is suggested that organizations, by considering the ISO 22361:2022 Crisis Leadership Diagram, could develop more comprehensive crisis leaders and enhance resilience against crises.
