Externality is the positive or negative influence of the third party in the process of production or consumption. The cost or benefit, because of positive or negative externelities, don't take place in price mechanism. As a result of this, externalities require the influence of government. In this study, containing these main points the issues of externalities and position corrective taxes and subsidies have aıready been examined

Öz

Bir üretim ve/veya tüketim faaliyetinden dolayı (üretici ve tüketicilerden farklı olarak) üçüncü kişilere negatif maliyet yüklenmesi veya pozitif fayda sağlanması, fakat bu değerlerin fiyat mekanizması içerisinde yer almaması olarak tanımlanabilecek olan dışsallıklar, devletin piyasa ekonomisine müdahalesini haklı çıkaran nedenlerden biridir. Bu temel noktadan hareketle hazırlanan çalışmada amaç, dışsallık sorununu anahatları ile analiz etmek ve bu sorunun ne şekilde ortadan kaldırılabileceği konusunda, vergi ve sübvansiyonlar yoluyla, devletin rolünü ortaya koymaktır
