SÜPERMARKET ÇALISANLARI ÜZERİNDE BİR ARAŞTIRMA: ADANA İLİ ÖRNEĞİ

Öz

Bu araştırmanın amacı; çalışanların örgütsel adalete ilişkin algıları ile örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışının beş boyutunu oluşturan özgecilik, yüksek görev bilinci, sportmenlik, nezaketen bilgilendirme ve örgütsel erdem arasındaki ilişkiyi tespit etmektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Adana ilinde faaliyet gösteren yerel bir süpermarket zincirindeki çalışanlara, literatürde yer alan örgütsel adalet ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışına ilişkin ölçekler uygulanmıştır

Öz

The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation between the organizational justice perceptions and altruism, conscientiousness, sportsmanship, courtesy and civic virtue that are the five dimensions of organizational citizenship behaviors of employees. In the direction of this purpose, organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior scales that take place in the literature were implemented to the employees of a local supermarket chain in the city of Adana
