Konuralp Arkeolojik Sit Alanlarındaki Değişim ve Sorunlar

Common interests and values sharing throughout the World and the importance of allowing people to find its identity in the process, such as the environment and culture; remains in the background besides goods, or life which are directly experienced, according to the importance of the current value . In some countries which public opinion give approval the importance of the historical legacy and see the historical works as a bridge between the past and future so they become keen power to criticize authorities and they have been strong enough to check and control the conservation process and so protection cases has been reached today with the creation of its own contradictions. Today Konuralp called settlement ancient city name was 'Prusias ad Hypium, contains both traditional architectural fabric and archaeological sites. But only archaeological sites are protected by the conservation laws. In this study conservation of the traditional architecture and archaeological sites identified by the framework of the legislation is examined and a new conservation policy has been suggested.

Çevre ve kültür gibi dünyanın tümünü ilgilendiren ve insanın süreç içinde kimliğini bulmasını sağlayan değerlerin önemi; mal, can gibi doğrudan yaşanan, anlık değerlerin öneminin yanında arka planda kalmaktadır. Fakat tarihi eserlerin geçmiş ile gelecek arasında bir köprü oluşturarak gelecek kuşaklara aktarılması gerekliliğinin onay gördüğü bazı ülkelerde tabandan gelen koruma isteği kimi durumlarda yasa koyucu otoriteyi eleştirecek ve denetleyebilecek kadar da güçlü olabilmektedir. Tarihsel süreç içinde koruma olgusu kendi içinde yaşattığı çelişkilerle bugüne kadar gelebilmiştir. Günümüzde Konuralp olarak anılan tarihi yerleşim, Antik kent ‘Prusias ad Hypıum, hem geleneksel mimari dokuyu hem de arkeolojik sit alanlarını barındırmaktadır. Fakat sadece arkeolojik kalıntıları kapsayan, arkeolojik sit kararları çerçevesince korunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada incelenen koruma mevzuatı çerçevesince geleneksel mimari ve arkeolojik sit alanları irdelenerek sorunları tespit edilmiş ve yeni bir koruma anlayışı önerilmiştir.
