Ksantogranülomatöz ooforit: Olgu Sunumu

Öz

Ksantogranülomatöz inflamasyon, az görülen, organları harap eden nonneoplastik, kronik bir proçestir ve bu proçese multinükleer dev hücreler, plazma hücreleri, köpüksü histiositler, fibroblastlar, nötrofiller ve nekroz odakları eşlik eder. Ksantogranülomatöz ooforit, nadir görülen,etyolojisi tam olarak bilinmeyen bir hastalıktır ve bu nadir hastalık makroskobik ve mikroskobik olarak diğer organlardaki, safra kesesi ve böbrekteki gibi kantogranülomatöz değişikliklerle
aynı özelliklere sahipitir. Bu yazıda 45 yaşında ksantogranülomatöz ooforit vakası sunuldu.
