Positive technology, which is a concept of positive
psychology, is a scientific and applied approach used to improve the quality of
personal experiences in order to improve the health level of individuals,
institutions and society. It can be said that the use of positive technologies
in health services and in health institutions has increased and digital
transformations are manifested in many areas of the health sector. The
electronic health records, mHealth, telemedicine, portal technology,
self-service kiosks, remote monitoring tools, sensors and wearable technology,
wireless communication, real-time locating services and pharmacogenomics/genome
sequencing have been among the positive technologies used in health services in
recent years. Patient engagement, which has an important role in improving
health service quality and health outcomes, is one of the prominent issues in
recent years. Patient engagement is an integral part of health services. Positive
technologies are useful for managing patients' habits and managing
relationships with other people at home and at work, and empower patients to
manage their own health. Patients can participate in the provision of health
services as required by their care through positive technologies. This study
aims to investigate the role of positive technologies in patient engagement.

Pozitif
Hastalar
pozitif teknolojiler aracılığıyla kendi bakımlarının gerektirdiği şekilde
sağlık hizmetleri sunumuna katılım sağlayabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada pozitif
teknolojilerin hasta katılımdaki rolünün incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır.
