Beyaz tahta kullanımı ile ilgili hasta görüşlerinin incelenmesi

Öz

Bu çalışma, beyaz tahta kullanımı ile ilgili hastaların görüşlerini incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Özel bir hastanede Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Servisi’nde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini 10.09.2021-10.11.2021 tarihleri arasında hastanede yatan ve araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden hastalar oluşturmuştur. Evrenden örneklem seçimine gidilmeden tüm evren örnekleme dahil edilmiştir. Verilerin toplanmasında araştırmacı tarafından literatür bilgiler taranarak hazırlanan 4 sorudan oluşan Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu ve beyaz tahta kullanımı ile ilgili hasta görüşlerinin incelenmesi amacı ile literatür doğrultusunda araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen 16 soruluk anket formu kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada yüz yedi katılımcıdan %64.5’inin daha önce beyaz tahtayı kullanmadığı, %73’ünün ağrısını değerlendirmede bakımına katkı sağladığı, %85’inin bakımında aktif rol almasına katkı sağladığı tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak tüm katılımcıların yanıtlarının ortalaması 4.20 bulunmuştur. Bu değer, hastaların beyaz tahta kullanımı ile ilgili görüşlerin genel olarak olumlu olduğunu göstermektedir. Bu çalışma, hastaları ve ailelerini amaçlarına yönlendirmeye, ortamın günlük kullanımını ve beyaz tahta etrafında hemşire-hasta katılımını teşvik etmeye, iletişim ve bilgi paylaşımını kolaylaştırmaya yardımcı olabilecektir.

Examination of patient opinions about whiteboard use

Öz

This study was conducted to examine patients' opinions about whiteboard use. It was carried out in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Service of a private hospital. The population of the study consisted of patients who were hospitalized between 10.09.2021 and 10.11.2021 and accepted to participate in the study. The whole universe was included in the sample without choosing a sample from the population. In the collection of data, the Introductory Information Form which was prepared by the researcher by scanning the literature, and 16 questions developed by the researchers to examine the patient's opinions about the use of whiteboards was used. In the study, it was determined that 64.5% of 107 participants did not use the whiteboard before, 73% contributed to their care in assessing their pain, and 85% contributed to their taking an active role in their care. As a result, the average of the answers of all participants was found to be 4.20. This value shows that the opinions of the patients about the use of whiteboards are generally positive. This study may help direct patients and their families to their goals, encourage daily use of the environment and nurse-patient participation around the whiteboard, and facilitate communication and information sharing.
