Öz

Malthus ile başlayan ve hala kalıcı bir çözüm bulunamayan kapitalist üretim sisteminin üretimi ile tüketimi arasındaki dengesizlik sorunu üzerine tartışmalara kapitalizmin altın çağının 1960’lı yılların ortasında sona ermesi ile beraber yarım asırlık uzun bir ara verilmiştir. Ancak, bu tartışmaların gerçekleştiği bir buçuk asırlık süreç içinde dış pazarlar ve dış yatırımlar yaratma gibi geçici çözümler, kapitalizmin kalıtımsal hastalığı olan krizleri iktisadi, sosyal ve politik açılardan daha iyi anlamamıza yardımcı olmuştur. İki savaş arası sonrasında Baran, Sweezy ve Robinson’un tekelci kapitalizmde gerçekleşen büyük üretim artışlarını ve sorunlarını tekrar gündeme getirmeleri, üretim ile tüketim arasındaki dengesizlik sorunun tekrar hatırlanmasını sağlamıştır. Ancak, soruna kalıcı bir çözüm henüz bulunamamıştır

AN HISTORICAL AND THEORETICAL APPROACH TO THE INSTABILITY BETWEEN PRODUCTION AND CONSUMPTION AT CAPITALIST MODE OF PRODUCTION

Öz

The deadlock discussion on the problems of the inequality between production and consumption at capitalist mode of production was started by Malthus and ended up with the end of the Gold Age of capitalism during the mid-1960s, and then took a long half century break. However, during the one and half century, the emphases from political, economy and social perspectives on the importance of foreign markets and investments have helped the academy understand the inherited disease of capitalism, crises. After the interwar period, the discussion on the problems of the inequality between production and consumption were reminded when Baran, Sweezy and Robinson brought up the problems of giant production increases under monopolistic capitalist production system. Nevertheless, the problem still remained as unsolved out there
