GELİŞMEKTE OLAN EKONOMİLERDE FAALİYET GÖSTEREN KOBİ’LERDEKİ FİRMA İÇİ GİRİŞİMCİLİK FAKTÖRLERİ VE YENİLİKÇİLİĞE ETKİLERİ

Öz

İzmir ili ve çevresinden elde edilen veriler ışığında gelişmekte olan ekonomilerde faaliyet gösteren KOBİ’lerde firma içi girişimcilik faktörlerinin belirlemek ve bu faktörlerin KOBİ’lerin yenilikçilikleri üzerindeki etkilerini, araştırma hipotezleri doğrultusunda incelemek bu çalışmanın temel amacıdır. Yüz yüze anket yöntemi ile bir işletmeden birden çok kişiye ulaşılması hedeflenmiş ve veri toplama süreci sonunda İzmir ve civarında faaliyet gösteren 90 KOBİ’den, 301 katılımcıdan elde edilen veriler ile araştırma hipotezleri test edilmiştir. Araştırma ölçeklerinin kalitesini test etmek için teyit edici faktör analizi, hipotez testleri için ise çoklu regresyon modeli kullanılmıştır. Analiz bulguları, hem araştırmacılar hem de KOBİ yöneticileri için firma yenilikçiliği yolunda önemli sonuçlar ortaya koymuş, bu sonuçlara göre yazarlar hem gelecek araştırmalar için hem de yenilikçilik yolunda yöneticilere önerilerde bulunulmuştur

INTERNAL CORPORATE ENTREPRENEURSHIP FACTORS OF SMEs IN EMERGING ECONOMIES AND THEIR EFFECTS ON INNOVATIVENESS

Öz

The purpose of this study is to determinate the internal environment factors of SMEs in emerging economies for their corporate entrepreneurship and potential impacts of these factors on innovativeness from a sample of a growing region of a developing country, Izmir, Turkey. Face-to-face survey method is used for data collecting procedure and 301 informants over 90 SMEs have been participated to the research of this study. Confirmatory factor analyses have been used to test the quality of the scales and multiple regression analysis has been used to test the hypotheses of the study. The findings of the analysis have revealed important results for both academicians and managers of SMEs on the way of corporate innovativeness
