SAĞLIKTA YAPAY ZEKA UYGULAMALARINDA MEVCUT DURUM VE GELECEK VİZYONU

Öz

Çalışma, yapay zeka (YZ) teknolojilerinin sağlık sektöründeki etkilerini, özellikle tıbbi görüntüleme, teşhis, tedavi planlama ve hasta izleme alanlarında incelemektedir. YZ'nin, tıbbi görüntüleri daha doğru ve hızlı bir şekilde analiz etme, hastalıkları erken teşhis etme, kişiselleştirilmiş tedavi planları oluşturma ve hastaların durumunu sürekli izleme yeteneği, sağlık hizmetlerinin kalitesini ve erişilebilirliğini önemli ölçüde artırmıştır. Ancak, YZ'nin etik, mahremiyet ve güvenlikle ilgili sorunları, bu teknolojilerin sağlık sektöründe sorumlu bir şekilde entegre edilmesi gerektiğini vurgulamaktadır. Gelecekte, YZ'nin sağlık hizmetlerindeki rolünün genişlemesi beklenmekte olup, bu potansiyelin etik ve güvenli bir şekilde gerçekleştirilmesi sürekli çaba gerektirmektedir.

Öz

This study examines the impacts of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the healthcare sector, particularly in the areas of medical imaging, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient monitoring. AI's ability to analyze medical images more accurately and quickly, diagnose diseases at an early stage, create personalized treatment plans, and continuously monitor patient conditions has significantly enhanced the quality and accessibility of healthcare services. However, the ethical, privacy, and security issues associated with AI underscore the need for these technologies to be responsibly integrated into the healthcare sector. Moving forward, the role of AI in healthcare services is expected to expand, and realizing this potential in an ethical and secure manner will require ongoing effort.
