Öz
The purpose of this study is to examine the
extent to which mindfulness and forgiveness variables predict the level of
psychological well-being of teacher candidates. The sample of the study
consisted of 363 teacher candidates. Psychological

Awareness Scale, Heartland
Forgiveness Scale and Demographic
Information Form were used as data collection tools. Pearson Moment Product
Correlation Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis were used for
statistical analysis of data. As a result of the research, it was determined
that mindfulness and forgiveness variables were significantly predictive of
teacher candidates' level of well-being. It was found that the two variables
acounted for 43 % of the variance
related to psychological well-being levels. Finally, in the light of the
findings of the study, suggestions for future research are presented.
