A N E W CONCEPT İN NURSING: MISSED NURSING ÇARE

Öz

İn fact, although it is known the presence o f w ork environments, th a t are n o t adequately addressed omission error is one o f the tw o error w ith medical errors by described p a tie n t safety movement. Agency fo r Healthcare Research and Q uality noted th a t omission errors are num ber excess, recognition difficult, actually larger and a devastating problem . Literatüre on p a tie n t safety, Missed Nursing Çare MNC have been accepted as an omission error. For these omission errors can be used as indicators o f the qu ality o f nursing çare reported. Missed Nursing Çare described by Kalisch 2006 as "To a li or a portion o f the neglect o r postponem ent o f çare" and Kalisch stated am ong nurses th a t "disputed" is a subject, unless investigate as long as remained secret. Missednursing çare can lead w ith negative p a tien t outcomes, quaiity indicators and negative results in terms ofnurses high stress, lo w self-etc. . Missed nursing çare th a t accepted m oderate theory, as a universal phenomenon, and the generaiization o fth e results o fd iffe re n t p a tie n t is conceptualized w ith MNC m odel By Kalicsh. Öz

Gerçekte çalışma ortamlarında varlığının bilinmesine rağmen yeterince ele alınmayan ihmal hatası, hasta güvenliği hareketinin tıbbi hatalarla ilişkili olarak tanımladığı iki hatadan biridir. Sağlık Hizmetlerinde Araştırma ve Kalite Ajansı ihmal hatalarının, zor tanındığı, gerçekte daha büyük, sayıca fazla ve yıkıcı bir problem olduğuna dikkat çekmiştir. İhmal hatalarının hemşirelik bakım kalitesinin indikatörü olarak kullanılabileceği bildirilmektedir. Hasta güvenliği literatürünün bir ihmal hatası olarak kabul ettiği Karşılanamayan Hemşirelik Bakımı KHB , Kalisch tarafından "gereken bakımın tüm ünün ya da bir kısmının ihmal edilmesi veya ertelenmesi" şeklinde tanımlanmıştır. Kalisch, KHB 2006 'nin hemşireler arasında "tartışılamaz" bir konu olduğunu, bu tip hataların araştırılmadığı sürece gizli kaldığını ifade etmiştir. KHB; hasta sonuçları, kalite göstergeleri ve hemşireler açısından negatif sonuçlara yoğun stres, düşük benlik vb. yol açabilmektedir. Kalisch, orta düzeyde bir teori olarak kabul gören, evrensel bir fenomen olarak ve değişik hasta sonuçları ile genellenebilir olan karşılanamayan hemşirelik bakımını, KHB modeli ile kavramsallaştırmıştır. Karşılanamayan hemşirelik bakımı hem hasta sonuçları hem de hemşireler üzerinde olumsuz etkilere yol açmaktadır
