Öz

Akciğer tüberkülozu özellikle az gelişmiş ülkelerde morbidite ve mortaliteye neden olan bulaşıcı bir enfeksiyon hastalığıdır. Bulaştırıcılığın yüksek olması, tedavinin uzun sürmesi, hasta ve ailelerinin toplum tarafından izolasyonu, tüberküloz oluşumu hakkındaki yanlış inançlar ve hasta ihmali tedavi başarısını etkilemektedir. Bu makalede tüberküloz tedavi ve yönetimini etkileyen faktörler ve başa çıkma stratejileri üzerinde durulacaktır

THE PERCEPTION OF TUBERCULOSIS AND TREATMENT ADAPTATION

Öz

Pulmonary tuberculosis is an infection disease which leads to morbidity and mortality especially in low level developed country. Its high infectiousness feature, its long treatment time, isolation of patients and their parents by the society, false belief about tuberculosis development and patient default affects success of treatment. In this article we will dwell upon effecting factors tuberculosis treatment and management, and strategies which ensures accopmlishment
