YAKIN KİŞİLERARASI İLİŞKİLERDE İNCİTİCİ İLETİŞİM VE İNCİTİCİ İLETİŞİME VERİLEN TEPKİLER ÜZERİNE KURAMSAL BİR İNCELEME

Öz

Samimiyet ve karşılıklı bağımlılık ile karakterize edilen yakın kişilerarası ilişkiler insanların sevgi, aidiyet ve sosyal destek ihtiyaçlarını karşılaması sebebiyle hayati öneme sahiptir. Ancak yakın kişilerarası ilişkiler bireyleri sevdiklerinin karşısında savunmasız hale getirdiği için onları incitme potansiyeline de sahiptir. Kişilerarası ilişkilerde oldukça sık deneyimlenen incinme, iletişim aracılığıyla uyandırılan bir duygudur. İncitici iletişimin yol açtığı incinmiş duygular, kişilerin müteakip etkileşimlerini şekillendirmekte ve önemli ilişkisel sonuçlara yol açmaktadır. Yabancı yazında hak ettiği ilgiyi görmesine rağmen Türkçe kişilerarası iletişim yazınında duygusal incinmeye yol açan iletişim yeterince ele alınmamıştır. Bu makale, Türkçe kişilerarası iletişim yazınındaki bu boşluğu incitici iletişim ve incitici iletişime verilen tepkiler bağlamında yapılan yazın taramasıyla kuramsal açıdan aydınlatmayı amaçlamaktadır.
