Etik mi Epistemolojik mi? Sürdürülebilir Mimarlıkta Hakikat Sonrası Pratiklerin İrdelenmesi

Öz

Sürdürülebilir mimarlık, yaşanabilirliği tehdit eden iklim değişikliğinin üzerindeki etkileri azaltmaya yönelik etik ilkeler içermektedir. Bununla birlikte iklim değişikliği, mimarlık kuramında da etkisi olan postmodern epistemolojinin bilim karşıtı argümanları aracılığıyla inkâr edilmektedir. Bu yorumlayıcı araştırma, sürdürülebilir mimarlıktaki kuramsal sorunları ortaya koymayı amaçlamakta ve Architects Declare oluşumunun etik manifestosunu, imzacı pratiklerine dair tartışmalar çerçevesinde incelemektedir. Sonuç olarak, hakikat sonrası çağda alternatif olguların mimarlık kuramının yerini aldığı ve etik gerekçelendirme için kullanıldığı görülmektedir.
