Myth Making: The Kornilov Affairs in Soviet Historiography

Öz

Sovyetler Birliği’nin yıkıldığı 1991 yılından beri Rus tarihçiliğinde yapıla gelen çalışmaların büyük bir kısmı 1917 ihtilalleri sırasında yaşanan olayları daha objektif bir biçimde incelemektedir. Ancak Şubat ve Ekim devrimleri arası döneme ait son olaylar, özelikle de Kornilov Meselesi, halen devrim tarihinin mitoslarından biri olarak fazla sorgulanmadan ele alınmaktadır. Bu çalışmada dönemin başbakanı Kerensky ve General Kornilov arasında geçen ve Bolşevikler’in Ekim ayında iktidarı darbe yoluyla ele geçirmelerier sonuçlanan olayların bir tarihsel mesele olarak birbirlerine zıt siyasi görüşlerce yazılan kaynaklarda nasıl değişik mitoslar halinde sunulduğu incelenecektir
