SÜRDÜRÜLEBİLİR KALKINMA HEDEFİ 8: İNSANA YAKIŞIR İŞ’İN BİBLİYOMETRİK BİR ANALİZİ__

Öz

Birleşmiş Milletler ’in 2030 Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Hedefleri, dünya genelinde refahı artırmayı ve gezegenin kaynaklarını sürdürülebilir bir biçimde kullanmayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu hedefler arasında İnsana Yakışır İşler ve Ekonomik Büyüme önemli bir yere sahiptir. 8. Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Hedefi olarak tanımlanan bu hedef, adil ve eşitlikçi bir iş gücü piyasası oluşturmayı, iş güvencesini artırmayı ve herkes için insana yakışır çalışma koşulları sağlamayı hedeflemektedir. Bu çalışma, "İnsana Yakışır İş "kavramını ve bu alanda yapılan akademik çalışmaları bibliyometrik bir perspektiften incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma bulgularına göre özellikle 2016'dan sonra yayınlardaki belirgin artış, kavramın giderek artan önemini ortaya koymaktadır. İnsana yakışır iş kavramına yönelik uluslararası yayın üretimine ABD ve İngiltere öncülük etmete iken Türkiye’nin katkısının sınırlı olduğunu görülmüşütür. Bulgularda öne çıkan on ana temanın ilk sıralarında yer alan sürdürülebilirlik, sürdürülebilir kalkınma, sürdürülebilir kalkınma hedefleri ve amaçları gibi temalar, insana yakışır iş kavramının sürdürülebilir kalkınma için önemli bir çalışma konusu olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Ayrıca öne çıkan istihdam, refah insan hakları, sosyal koruma, sosyal güvenlik, çalışma koşulları, çalışanın yetkilendirilmesi, iş kalitesive iş tatmini temaları insana yakışır iş kavramının boyutlarının çeşitliliğini göstermektedir.

SUSTAİNABLE DEVELOPMENT GOAL 8: A BİBLİOMETRİC ANALYSİS OF DECENT WORK

Öz

The United Nations' 2030 Sustainable Development Goals aim to increase global prosperity and use the planet's resources in a sustainable manner. Among these goals, Decent Work and Economic Growth holds an important place. Defined as the 8th Sustainable Development Goal, this target aims to create a fair and equitable labor market, enhance job security, and provide decent working conditions for all. This study aims to examine the concept of "Decent Work" and the academic studies conducted in this field from a bibliometric perspective. According to the research findings, a significant increase in publications, particularly after 2016, highlights the growing importance of the concept. The United States and the United Kingdom have led the production of international publications related to decent work, while Turkey's contribution has been limited. The main themes that emerged from the findings, such as sustainability, sustainable development, and the Sustainable Development Goals and objectives, demonstrate that the concept of decent work is an important area of study for sustainable development. Additionally, themes such as employment, welfare, human rights, social protection, social security, working conditions, employee empowerment, job quality, and job satisfaction highlight the diversity of dimensions within the concept of decent work.
