Thrombocytopenia serves as a crucial indicator for identifying patients at risk of bleeding or coagulation disorders, guiding treatment decisions, and predicting clinical outcomes. By integrating platelet monitoring into the diagnostic and therapeutic algorithms of emergency care, healthcare providers can optimize patient management, improve outcomes, and enhance the overall quality of emergency medical services
