YAPAY ZEKÂ SOHBET ROBOTU CHATGPT VE TÜRKİYE İNTERNET GÜNDEMİNDE OLUŞTURDUĞU TEMALAR

Öz

Yapay öğrenme teknolojileri, insan ve makine iletişimi sürecine her geçen gün yeni gelişmelerle katkı sağlamaya devam etmektedir. Bu gelişmelerden biri, yapay zekâ araştırma şirketi OpenAI’nin, 30 Kasım 2022’de kullanıma sunduğu ve 5 gün içinde 1 milyon kullanıcıya ulaşan, GPT-3.5.5 dil modeline sahip yapay zekâ sohbet robotu ChatGPT’dir. Çok yüksek miktarda veri üzerinde eğitilen ChatGPT, girdiye dayalı olarak kullanıcının herhangi bir konuda talep ettiği çıktıyı insan üretiminden ayırt edilmesi zor biçimde ve en hızlı haliyle sunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, ChatGPT’nin Türkiye’nin internet gündemindeki popüler yayınlar çerçevesinde nasıl ele alındığını temalar halinde aktarmak ve bu temalar içinde gözlemlenen endişe ve fırsatları açığa çıkarmak amaçlanmaktadır. Bu bakımdan, 30 Kasım 2022- 31 Ocak 2023 tarihleri arasında ulaşılan ChatGPT konulu haber kategorisindeki yayınlar, doküman incelemesine tabi tutulmuştur. Çalışma sonunda ChatGPT hakkında oluşan Türkiye gündemindeki temalar, “eğitim, iş yaşamı, ChatGPT’de yeni gelişmeler, bilgi toplama, bilişim sektörü, kod yazma/geliştirme, günlük yaşam, yatırım tavsiyesi alma ve yaratıcı içerik üretme” şeklinde belirlenmiştir.

AI CHATBOT CHATGPT AND THE THEMES IT CREATES ON TURKEY'S INTERNET AGENDA

Öz

Machine learning technologies continue to contribute to the process of human and machine communication with new developments every day. One of these developments is ChatGPT, an artificial intelligence chatbot with the GPT-3.5.5 language model, which was launched by the artificial intelligence research company OpenAI on November 30, 2022 and reached 1 million users in 5 days. ChatGPT, which is trained on very large amounts of data, provides the output requested by the user on any subject based on the input in the fastest way possible in a way that is difficult to distinguish from human production. In this study, it is aimed to convey in themes how ChatGPT is handled within the framework of popular publications on Turkey's internet agenda and to reveal the concerns and opportunities observed within these themes. In this respect, the publications in the news category on ChatGPT accessed between November 30, 2022 and January 31, 2023 were subjected to document analysis. At the end of the study, the themes on the Turkish agenda about ChatGPT were determined as education, business life, daily life, producing creative content, getting investment advice, IT sector, developing code and new developments related to ChatGPT.
