Öz

İş hayatında, akademik kariyerde ve genel olarak hayatın her noktasında mentor veya bir rehber kişilerin hayatını kolaylaştırmıştır. İlgilenilen iş için yol gösterici bir kişinin veya kurumun olması tecrübesiz bireyler için inanılmaz bir fırsattır. Özellikle bu rehberler, profesyonel hayatta staj, iş bulmak için tecrübe aktarımı konusunda birçok fayda sağlamaktadır. Herhangi bir konuda tecrübe sahibi birisinin tecrübesiz bir kişiye tecrübe aktarımı yapması, yol göstermesi müşterek bir ilişki oluşturmaktadır. Bu ortak ilişki, iki taraf için de öğrenme sürecini hızlandırmaktadır. Tecrübeli bir kişi tecrübesini aktarırken iletişim, vizyon, hitabet gibi konularda tecrübe kazanmaya devam ederken, tecrübesiz kişi öngörü, vizyon, sürdürülebilirlik gibi birçok konuda bilgi almaktadır. Günümüzde bu sistem Mentor-Mentee ilişkisi olarak adlandırılmaktadır. Bu noktada çoğu zaman Mentor veya Mentee bulmak kolay değildir. Bu ikili müşterek ilişki için büyük bir ağa ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Ancak bu ağı kurmak uzun süreler almakta ve genellikle problemler yaratmaktadır. Oluşturulan platform ile Mentor veya Mentee bulma işini kolaylaştırmak amaçlanmıştır. Bu platform sayesinde rehberlik isteyen kişiler kolayca rehberler bulabilecek, rehberlik etmek isteyen kişiler kolayca tecrübesiz kişilere ulaşabilecek. Şeffaf ve etkili iletişim sayesinde profesyonel, akademik, özel hayat konusunda kolayca ikili müşterek ilişkiler kurulabilecektir. Bu ilişki sadece profesyonel hayat için değil, kişisel gelişim ve özel hayat için de kullanmayı hedefleyen bir platform oluşturulacaktır. Bu platform ile çeşitli yaşam koçları ve kişisel gelişimi hedefleyen kişiler eşleşebilecektir.

A mentor or a guide has made the life of people easier in business life, academic career and in every aspect of life in general. Having a mentor or institution for the job of interest is an incredible opportunity for inexperienced individuals. In particular, these guides provide many benefits in terms of internship in professional life, transfer of experience to find a job. It is a mutual relationship that someone who has experience in any subject transfers experience to an inexperienced person and guides them. This common relationship accelerates the learning process for both parties. While an experienced person continues to gain experience in subjects such as communication, vision and oratory while conveying his experience, an inexperienced person receives information on many subjects such as foresight, vision and sustainability. Today, this system is called the Mentor-Mentee relationship. At this point it is often not easy to find a Mentor or Mentee. A large network is needed for this bilateral mutual relationship. However, setting up this network takes a long time and often creates problems. With the created platform, it is aimed to facilitate the job of finding a Mentor or Mentee. Thanks to this platform, people who want guidance will be able to find guides easily, and those who want to guide will easily reach inexperienced people. Thanks to transparent and effective communication, mutual mutual relations will be easily established in professional, academic and private life. A platform will be created that aims to use this relationship not only for professional life, but also for personal development and private life. Various life coaches and people aiming for personal development will be able to match with this platform.
