Kalkınmacı Devletin Ekonomi Politiği

Öz

Tüm gelişmiş ülkelerin kalkınma süreçlerinde devlet önemli bir aktör olarak her zaman ön planda yer almıştır. İkinci Dünya Savaşı’ndan sonra özellikle Doğu ve Güneydoğu Asya’da ortaya çıkan Yeni Sanayileşen Ülkelerden G. Kore, Tayvan, Singapur ve Hong Kong’un yanısıra Japonya, “kalkınmacı devletler” kavramı altında yeni incelemelere tabi tutulmuşlardır. Bu çalışmanın amacı ise, sözkonusu incelemeleri ekonomi politik açıdan eleştirel bir şekilde değerlendirmektir. Böylece, kalkınmacı devletlerin teoride ve pratikte yer aldığı çelişkiler açıklanmaya, kapitalist bağlamda baskıcı ve sömürücü niteliklere sahip oldukları belirtilmeye çalışılmıştır.
