Background and Aims:Chronic blood loss caused by the gastrointestinal system is the most common cause of iron deficiency anemia in men and postmenopausal women. Öz

Giriş ve Amaç:Gastrointestinal sistem kaynaklı kronik kan kaybı, erkek ve postmenapozal kadınlarda demir eksikliği anemisinin en sık nedenidir. Bu çalışmada, demir eksikliği anemisi nedeni ile endoskopi uygulanan hastaları, endoskopik yaklaşım ve etyolojik tanı yönünden inceledik.
