Endoscopic treatment of postoperative esophagojejunostomy leak

Postoperative anastomotic leaks are rare after gastrointestinal system surgery. Their reoperation processes are usually very difficult and risky and as a result, non-invasive methods for this purpose have gained in importance in recent years. Endoscopic treatments are among the most important options for meeting this goal. We describe a case of early postoperative anastomotic leak after total gastrectomy with esophagojejunostomy, successfully managed by using endoclips.

Postoperatif özofagojejunostomi kaçağının endoskopik yolla tedavisi

Öz

Gastrointestinal sistem cerrahisinde postoperatif anastomoz kaçaklarına nadiren rastlanmaktadır. Bunların reoperasyonu oldukça zor ve riskli bir işlemdir. Bu nedenle noninvaziv yöntemlerle tedavi son dönemlerde önem kazanmıştır. Endoskopik tedavi seçenekleri bu amacı karşılayan en önemli işlemlerden biridir. Burada total gastrektomi ve özofagojejunostomi yapılan bir olguda erken anastomoz kaçağının başarılı şekilde endoskopik klip ile tedavisi sunulmuştur.
