Mesanenin Nadir Bir Olgusu: İnflamatuar Miyofibroblastik Tümör

Öz

İnflamatuar miyofibroblastik tümör (IMT) nadir görülen ve miyofibroblastların iyi huylu ve reaktif
proliferasyonuna sahip bir yumuşak doku neoplazi türüdür. Genellikle çocuklarda ve genç
erişkinlerde görülür. Akciğer, karaciğer, göz, dalak, lenf düğümü ve mesane gibi organlarda
görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada gross hematüri ile acil servise başvuran 35 yaşında erkek hastada
tespit edilen mesanenin inflamatuar miyofibroblastik tümörü ele alınmıştır.

A Rare Case of the Bladder: Inflammatory Myofibroblastic Tumor

Öz

Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT) is a rare type of soft tissue neoplasia with benign and reactive proliferation
of myofibroblasts. Usually seen in children and young adults. It is seen in organs such as lung, liver, eye, spleen, lymph
node and bladder. In this study, inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor of the bladder detected in a 41-year-old male
patient who applied to the emergency department with gross hematuria was discussed.
