Contrubitions to Turkish Agromyzidae (Diptera) Fauna This study was carried out to contribution Agromyzidae fauna in Turkey in 2004 and 2005 in olive orchards of Balıkesir and Çanakkale provinces. It was noticed that the studies has been improved in recent years on Agromyzidae family in Turkey. It was reported that 124 leafminer species have been recorded in Turkey. In this study, 4 new records belonging to 4 genera of the Turkish fauna were found. These species are Aulagromyza trivittata (Loew, 1873), Galiomyza violiphaga (Hendel 1932), Liriomyza amarellae (Hering, 1963) and Ophiomyia maura (Meigen, 1838). With this study, the numbers of leafminer species were updated to 128 species in Turkey
