Farklı bitki ekstraktlarının Spodoptera littoralis (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) üzerinde beslenme engelleyici ve mide zehiri etkileri

Antifeedant and stomach poison effects of 9 plant extracts were tested on Spodoptera littoralis (Boisduval) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae). Antifeedant effects of plant extracts varied from 22.44% to 68.96% and the most active plant extracts were Delphinium consolida (%68.96), Chrysanthemum segetum (62.67%), Artemisia vulgaris (61.09%) and Tanacetum mucroniferum (55.87%). Dose-response studies with the extracts showed that all extracts produced strong antifeedant effects ranging from 68.91% to 82.20% at 2 mg/cm dose, D. consolida (48.92%) and T. mucroniferum (45.02%) also exhibited antifeedant properties at dose as low as 0.5 mg/cm. In stomach posion effects studies, C. segetum was the most toxic extract with %74.24 mortality. It was followed by D. consolida and T. mucroniferum with 70.53% and 67.04% mortality, respectively. Dose-mortality studies with C. segetum showed that it was the most toxic extract with 0.35 mg/cm LC and 3.85 mg/cm LC values.

Antifeedant and stomach poison effects of different plant extracts to Spodoptera littoralis (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae)

Bu çalışmada 9 farklı bitkiden elde edilen bitki ekstraktının Spodoptera littoralis (Boisduval) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) üzerindeki beslenmeyi engelleyici ve mide-zehiri etkileri araştırılmıştır. Denemelerde kullanılan ekstraktlar 1 mg/cm arasında en yüksek beslenmeyi engelleyici etki sırasıyla Delphinium consolida L. (% 68.96) Chrysanthemum segetum L. (% 62.67), Artemisia vulgaris L. (% 61.09) ve Tanacetum mucroniferum Hub.Mor.& Grierson, (% 55.87) bitkilerinden elde edilmiştir. Bu dört bitki ile yürütülen doz etki çalışmalarında uygulama dozu 2 mg/cm ’ye çıkarıldığında bitki ekstraktları % 68.91 ile % 82.20 arasında beslenmeyi engelleyici etki göstermiştir. 0.5 mg/cm dozda ise D. consolida aktivitesi % 48.92 T. mucreniferum aktivitesi ise % 45.02 olarak belirlenmiştir. Mide zehiri etki çalışmalarında 120 saat sonunda en yüksek aktivite % 74.24 ölüm oranı ile C. segetum ekstraktında belirlenmiş bu ekstraktı % 70.53 ve % 67.04 ölüm oranlarıyla D. consolida ve T. mucroniferum ekstraktları takip etmiştir. Mide zehiri etkisi çalışmalarında yüksek aktivite gösteren bitkilerle yapılan doz-ölüm çalışmasında en yüksek toksisite 0.35 mg/cmLC değeri ve 3.85 mg/cmLC değeri ile C. segetum ekstraktında saptanmıştır.
