Ankara Tavşanı Tonsilla Palatinasında Vimentin İmmunreaktivitesi

Öz

Çalışma, Ankara tavşanı tonsilla palatinasında vimentin immunreaktivitesini ortaya koymak amacıyla planlandı.Araştırmada, 10 adet sağlıklı erişkin Ankara tavşanından alınan tonsilla palatinalar kullanıldı. İmmunohistokimyasalboyamalar için Strept-ABC boyama metodu uygulandı. Monokriptik olan tonsilla palatina, içerisinde çok sayıda lenfoidhücre bulunan ve lenf foliküllerinin kriptle temasını sağlayan retiküler epitel ile bunların arasında kalan alanlarda çokkatlı yassı keratinize olmayan epitelle çevrelenmişti. Retiküler epitelde, vimentin pozitif immunreaksiyon gözlenirken,çok katlı yassı keratinize olmayan epitelde immunreaktivite saptanmadı. Retiküler epiteldeki vimentin pozitif hücreler 35 adet intraepiteliyal lenfositi bazolateral sitoplazmalarıyla çevrelemeleriyle karakterizeydi. Retiküler epitel içerisinde vesubepiteliyal alanlarda morfolojik olarak makrofajlara benzeyen bir kaç iri hücrenin sitoplazmasında ve sitoplazmikuzantılara sahip dendritik hücre benzeri hücrelerde kuvvetli vimentin immunreaktivitesi belirlendi. Ayrıca, folikül içerisindeki kan kapilarları ve interfoliküler alanlarda yerleşim gösteren yüksek endotelli venüllerin endotelinde de kuvvetlivimentin pozitif immunboyanma gözlendi. Sunulan çalışmayla, Ankara tavşanı tonsilla palatinasında vimentinimmunreaktivitesinin M hücreleri, makrofajlar, dendritik hücreler ve damar endotellerinde olmak üzere çok geniş birdağılım sergilediği ortaya konmuştur
