In this study, is to examine the works undertaken by Kara Timurtaş Pasha and his family, who were members of the important vizier family who lived during the establishment period of the Ottoman Empire, in the Ottoman Empire. Kara Timurtaş family was one of the first families to reach these positions in the Ottoman establishment period, when the "Viziership" and "Beylerbeyi" offices were newly assigned. In this period, the institution of viziership is the institution that has the greatest prestige and authority after the sultan. Kara Timurtaş Pasha and his family were influential in the political, military, social and cultural fields within the state organization by taking part in duties such as vizier and beylerbeyi in the Ottoman Empire. Kara Timurtaş Pasha and his family, with their duties and services in the Ottoman Empire, constituted an important step in the progress of the newly established Ottoman Empire towards the ascension process. Another prestigious and powerful institution that came after the viziership is the beylerbeylik institution. Kara Timurtaş Pasha and his family served for a long time in these establishments, which had a great reputation during the establishment period of the Ottoman Empire. In the establishment period of the Ottoman Empire, the number of representatives of the vizier and beylerbeylik was one person. However, in the later periods, the number of viziers and beylerbeyis was increased in parallel with the expansion of the Ottoman Empire organization and lands. Despite this practice during the establishment period of the Ottoman Empire, Kara Timurtaş Pasha and his family were the first and only family to succeed in giving three viziers to the divan at the same time.
