Mekanik Ventilatör Tasarım Metotları

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı, mekanik ventilatörün tasarımı ve kontrolünde gerçekleştirilen yöntemleri incelemek ve bu alandaki yeni yönelimleri tanımlayarak araştırmacılara yardımcı olmaktır. Mekanik ventilatörler önceleri klasik kontrol teknikleri ile kontrol edilmeye çalışılır iken, son yıllarda akıllı kontrol teknikleri ile kontrol edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu cihaz yoğun bakım ünitelerinde ve laboratuar hayvanlarının deneylerinde kullanılmaktadır. Ventilasyon işleminde akım, basınç, volüm ve zaman bakımından çeşitli ventilasyon modları türetilmiştir. Klasik ve akıllı kontrollü ventilatörlerde bu modlar kullanılarak hastanın ventilasyonu sağlanmaya çalışılmıştır.

Mechanical Ventilator Design Methods

Öz

The goal of this study is to examine desing of mechanical ventilator and the implemented methods on the control and to help researchers by defining new trends in this field. In the first time, while mechanical ventilator were tried to control with classical control technics, it has been tried to control with intelligent control technics in recent years. This device is used at intensive care units and the experiments of laboratory animals. Different ventilation modes have been derived from flow, pressure, volume and time. Patients’ ventilation has been provided by using these modes at classical and intelligent control ventilators.
