Shrinking houses and a minimal understanding of life reveal the concept of micro-volume living spaces and, together with it, micro-volume kitchen spaces . In order to use the micro-volume kitchen space efficiently, it should have functional and ergonomic solutions. While the kitchen is defined as one of the most basic areas of the space , which is frequently used in the residence , it can also be described as the heart of the living space when it is associated with the stove for local architectural examples. While the changing dynamics of space brings individuality to the fore, with increasing demands and needs, the interest in micro-volume living spaces has intensified. In the first part of the study, kitchen ergonomics is explained, and later on, ergonomics-related equipment elements, anthropometric data and working triangle are explained. In the second part, micro-volume spaces and micro-volume kitchens and product and space-based solutions have been developed for these spaces to be functional. With this study, the usage practices have been observed, the current situation has been examined by photographing and suggestions have been made so that the small kitchen space can have ergonomic and micro-volume solutions.
