Sedanter Kadınlarda Tüm Beden Elektromyostimülasyonla Kombine Dinamik Kuvvet Alıştırmalarının Bazı Motorik Özellikler Üzerine Etkisinin İncelenmesi

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı, sedanter kadınlarda 6 hafta süreyle EMS yöntemi ve vücut ağırlığı ile yapılan dinamik
kuvvet alıştırmalarının bazı motorik özellikler üzerine etkisinin incelenmesidir.
Çalışmaya yaş ortalaması 38,11±5.32 yıl olan toplam 18 sedanter kadın gönüllü olarak katılmıştır.
Katılımcılar rast gele yöntemle 9 çalışma ve 9 kontrol grubu olarak ikiye ayrılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir.
Çalışma grubuna Miha Bodytech cihazı kullanılarak tüm beden EMS ile kombine vücut ağırlığıyla dinamik
kuvvet alıştırmaları ile antrenman yaptırmadan önce Leg Press (LP), Leg Extension (LE), Leg Curl (LC),
Dikey sıçrama (DS) yüksekliği ve anaerobik güçteki (AnG) maksimal değerleri belirlendi. EMS yöntemi
ile yapılan antrenmanlar 6 hafta süre ile haftada 2 gün, günde 25dk süre ile uygulanmıştır. Her bir 25dk’lık
antrenman 10 dakikası Advanced, 10 dakikası Cellülit Cardio Metabolizm ve 5 dakikası da body relax
modunda uygulanmıştır. Kontrol grubuna herhangi bir çalışma uygulanmamıştır. Elde edilen verilerin
gruplar arası karşılaştırmasında Mann Whitney-U, grup içi karşılaştırmasında ise Wilcoxon istatistik
yöntemi kullanılmıştır.
Çalışma sonunda katılan gurupların karşılaştırması sonucu tüm parametrelerde çalışma grubu lehinde
istatistiksel olarak önemli fark bulunmuştur. Grup içi karşılaştırmada kontrol grubunda tüm parametrelerde
fark bulunmaz iken, çalışma grubunda iki ölçüm arasında AnG parametresi hariç tüm parametrelerde
istatistiksel olarak önemli fark bulunmuştur.
Çalışmanın sonucunda, yetişkin sedanter kadınlarda tüm beden EMS uygulamasıyla vücut ağırlığı ile
yapılan alıştırmaların kombine edilmesi neticesinde kuvvet gelişimi ve buna bağlı patlayıcı kuvvette
istatistiksel olarak önemli ölçüde gelişim sağladığı görülmüştür.
