Personeli Güçlendirme Algılaması, Örgüt İklimi Algılaması ve Yaratıcı Kişilik Özelliklerinin Örgüt Düzeyinde Yaratıcı Çıktılar Üzerindeki Doğrudan ve Dolaylı Etkileri

Öz

Rekabetçi bir dünyada müşteri beklentilerini en iyi şekilde karşılayabilmek, sürekli olarak yeni yöntemler, yeni ürün ve hizmetler geliştirmeyi gerektirir. Bunun başarılmasında yaratıcılığın büyük önemi vardır. Bu araştırmanın temel amacı bu derecede önem taşıyan yaratıcılığın örgütlerde nasıl artırılabileceğine yönelik bazı tespitler yapabilmektir. Araştırma büyük ölçekli bir imalat örgütünde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada, personelin yaratıcı kişilik özelliklerinin, algılanan yaratıcı iklim ve personeli güçlendirme algılamasının örgüt düzeyinde yaratıcı çıktılarla ilişkileri değerlendirilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, yaratıcı kişilik özellikleri, personeli güçlendirme algılaması ve algılanan yaratıcı iklim ile örgüt düzeyinde yaratıcı çıktılar arasında anlamlı ve pozitif yönlü ilişki vardır. Ayrıca yaratıcı örgüt iklimi algılamasının, yaratıcı kişilik özellikleri ile örgüt düzeyinde yaratıcı çıktılar arasında anlamlı bir aracılık rolü bulunduğu, personeli güçlendirme algılamasının ise anlamlı bir aracılık rolünün bulunmadığı belirlenmiştir

THE DIRECT AND INDIRECT EFFECTS OF PERCEIVED PERSONNEL EMPOWERMENT, PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE AND CREATIVE PERSONALITY TRAITS ON ORGANIZATIONAL CREATIVE OUTPUTS

Öz

In a competitive world to satisfy the customers it is necessary to create new methods, new products and new services. Creativity is very important to accomplish this goal. The main aim of this research is to find some methods to improve creativity which is very important for business. This research is handled in a big scale manufacturing organization. This research investigates the relationship among creative personality traits, perceived personnel empowerment, perceived creative organizational climate and organizational creative outputs. According to the results there is a significant and positive relationship among creative personality traits, perceived personnel empowerment, perceived creative organizational climate and organizational creative outputs. Moreover it is determined that perceived creative organizational climate has a significant mediation role between creative personality traits and organizational creative outputs but perceived personnel empowerment doesn’t have such a role
