In this paper we try to review the process of modeling the world picture by the recipient under the influence of information, reported by the media. With the appearance of print media in Russia and Europe at the beginning of the XVII century and increasing their value in spreading news, the society became depending on daily data. The relationship between journalist and the press reader, due to the obvious and hidden psychological factors, affecting the perception of the journalist texts. There are three levels (program) of human mental activity, which we may, with the interaction of personality with the media, to predict, model and manipulate it.
