This research deals with foreign capitalization in Ottoman state, I'm very willing in tacking with this side as it has a great important deserves care and criticism this research look in this subject from a different trend approximately also differs in the ways in which I used to in the previous studies according this subject. I make comparison and analysis in the bilateral contracts between Ottomans sate and France. This study can concentrates on two contract the first the sultan Suleiman the Magnificent (Alqanoni) and Francis I, the other conked between the sultan Mohammed V and Louis XIV. I choose this subject because of essential and important facture and reasons. The first reason I was held most famous status and the prominent sultan in the 16th and the 17th centuries in the time in which Mediterranean sea region was meld over by Ottoman authority also France was a shoring castle against the greediest of the kings oh Europe at that time. Also, We can know the religions, military, political and economical reasons that ware affected greatly by the contracts. Also, We can know the real causes of helding those contracts and their results. We can also say the study of these bilateral contract which are far according to time made it very important scientifically and researchable to compare them to shed light on the changement that occurred on them. Also, we will discover the additional materials in the second document with the research and adding it. Finally, I'd like to point out that this subject needs paying attention to the strong scientific method focusing on the subjectivity depending on facts. And these subject was a great field his torsions who were supporters and opponents
