In this study, it is aimed to reveal the relations between self-efficacy perceptions, organizational cynicism and organizational trust. Relations between the variables were realized with 217 employees of a manufacturing company operating in Istanbul. In the study, the relationships between variables were examined by correlation and regression analysis method. Although there are studies on these variables in the literature, no studies investigating the effect of perceived self-efficacy on organizational cynicism and organizational trust have been found. As a result of the analyzes, the results of the employees' self-efficacy perceptions have negative and significant effects on all of their organizational cynicism and dimensions. In addition, it has been determined that employees' self-efficacy perceptions have positive and significant effects on organizational trust and all dimensions.
