DİŞİ VE ERKEK BILDIRCIN (Coturnix coturnix japonica) ÜROPİGİAL BEZ’İN HİSTOLOJİK ve HİSTOKİMYASAL YAPISI

Öz

Bu çalışmada dişi ve erkek bıldırcın (Coturnix coturnix japonica) üropigial bezin histolojik ve histokimyasal yapısının belirlenmesi amaçlandı. Erkek ve dişi üropigial bezinde Sudan Black B uygulamasında reaksiyon gösteren bölgeler yağ bölgesi, Best’s Carmin uygulamasında reaksiyon gösteren bölgeler ise glikojen bölgesi olarak değerlendirildi. Sudan Black B uygulaması sonucunda tubulusların yağ bölgesinin glikojen bölgesine komşu kısımlarında ester ve trigliseridler ile merkezi lumendeki salgıda sudanofilik lipidlerin dişide daha güçlü reaksiyon gösterdiği tespit edildi. Erkek üropigial bezinde glikojen içeriğinin glikojen bölgesinde dişilere göre daha yoğun olduğu saptandı. Nile Blue Sulphate yöntemi sonucunda serbest yağ asitlerinin tubullerin kapsüle komşu olan bölgesinde ve glikojen bölgesinde lumene bakan tabakalarda dişilerde daha güçlü reaksiyon gösterdiği belirlendi. Ayrıca merkezi lumendeki salgıda nötral yağların, serbest yağ asitlerinin ve fosfolipidlerin varlığı tespit edildi.
