RAFİGNATOYİD AKARLARIN VÜCUT YÜZEYİ VE VÜCUT İÇİ MİKROFUNGUSLARININ BELİRLENMESİ

Öz

Bu çalışmada rafignatoyid akarların vücut yüzeylerinden ve
içlerinden mikrofunguslar izole edilerek fotoğrafları çekilmiştir. İzole edilen fungusların akarlarla olan ilişkileri gözden geçirilmiştir. Akarlardan Acremonium, Alternaria, Aspergillus, Beauveria, Chrysosporium, Cladosporium, Mucor, Penicillium, Rhizoctonia, Trichoderma, Trichothecium ve Ulocladium cinslerine ait toplam 25 fungus türü tespit edilmiştir. Bunlardan %40 oranı ile Penicillium’un en fazla rastlanan fungus cinsi olduğu belirlenmiştir.
