MANAGING THE RIVALRY OF ANTITHETIC INSTITUTIONAL LOGICS: A QUALITATIVE STUDY IN THE SCOPE OF TURKISH HEALTHCARE FIELD
Öz
In this study, the rivalry between the institutional logics being managed by the organizational actors was analyzed within the scope of the Turkish Healthcare field in parallel with the qualitative research methods. In this context, it can be expressed that two strategic categories were developed under the titles of ‘’inclining towards manipulation’’ and ‘’reconciliation of the institutional demands’’ in terms of managing the rivalry of the institutional logics and coding the data obtained from the interviews.
